If you believe that god determines what is good or bad then you must
say yes, it is moral. If your god would not ask you to do that is
irrelevant to this question.
Either you believe it is moral
because god says so and thus being asked to rape someone by god is moral
because god asked you to or you believe that god can ask something
immoral of you and thus morals are not determined by god or his nature.
If a country set rules for how to treat your slaves, wouldn't that imply
that the a country government thought it was acceptable to keep slaves?
